When Claude Code loads hooks from managed plugins, it used to log every problem as a warning about managed plugin load errors. It now separates two cases. A managed plugin that has not yet been set up on this machine gets a plain note saying it is not materialized on this machine. A plugin that genuinely fails to load still gets the warning.
Why
The logs no longer report errors for plugins that simply are not on this machine yet, so the warnings that remain point to real load failures.
