One of the instructions Claude Code gives an agent used to tell it to open its next turn by restating what you said before acting. It now tells the agent to make its first sentence carry what you said as part of its answer, and not as a separate recap.
Why
This changes the wording of the instruction. If it is in use, replies from that agent would fold the restatement into the answer instead of opening with a standalone summary.
