In remote sessions that run in the cloud, the startup request that opens a session is stored as a record. That record now carries two more details: when it was created (created_at) and a list of writers for the session's stream (session_stream_writers). The client for remote sessions also gains a step that runs when the Claude Code process is exiting.
These details look like groundwork for keeping spare remote sessions ready and letting one be claimed later. On its own it does not change what you see.
