What
Changes to an artifact sent through the relay, a server that forwards them on your behalf, can now be refused with the message "relay approval required: this change was not approved by the person for this session". Claude Code handles this as its own kind of refusal, separate from being refused because network access is switched off.
Why
Artifact changes made through the relay need your approval, and Claude Code can now tell an unapproved change apart from a network block.
