A subagent is a helper Claude that Claude Code starts to handle part of a task, and it hands its result back through a report tool. That tool's description is reworded. It now says "The call ends your run, so make it your last." Before, it asked for the call "once, as your last tool call".

The wording changes how subagents are told to finish, making clear that sending the report ends their work.
