When Claude Code fails to check whether another project folder holds the saved record of your current session, the warning it logs has been reworded. It now reads "[sessionRecord] could not tell whether another project folder holds this session's record" instead of "[dirSync] looking for this session's base elsewhere failed".
Why
Only the wording of the log message changed; what Claude Code does is the same.
