When Claude Code packages up the options for a session to hand them on, it now includes two more when set:
max_turns, the limit on how many turns Claude may takebuiltin_tools, the list of built-in tools allowed
Before, only the custom system prompt, spending limit, and allowed and disallowed tool lists were passed along.
