Claude Code loads your organization's policy, the rules an administrator sets, and shows its status. Before, if loading failed, the status said no restrictions were applied this session.
The status messages now add web fetch and design sync to the list of features that stay off. When certain policy details are held back, the message says no restrictions apply this session, except that web fetch and design sync stay off until the policy loads.
Why
Web fetch no longer runs freely while the policy is missing. It waits for the policy to load, and the status message tells you why it is unavailable.
