What
Claude Code can sync plugins, which are add-ons, from your account. Each sync now records whether the account's plugin list was returned or refused, and whether the latest round returned a list. This happens whether the sync was switched off, refused, found nothing to change or succeeded.
Why
Claude Code can now tell "you have no plugins" apart from "the list could not be fetched".
