What

Your organization's policy can stop WebFetch, the tool Claude uses to download web pages, from reaching any web address it likes. The message for that case used to read "arbitrary-URL egress is disabled by your organization's policy". It is now built from a template shared with other policy messages and begins "Arbitrary-URL egress".

Why

The wording of this refusal may be slightly different from before.
