What
When you run a local command inside Claude Code (for example a slash command), Claude Code adds a note before its output. That note used to tell Claude not to respond to the output or consider it unless you asked.
It now says the command was run directly in Claude Code rather than sent to Claude as a request, that its output goes straight to you, and that it is recorded as context for later messages.
Why
Without the blanket instruction to ignore it, Claude may now use what a local command printed when you carry on the conversation.
