When Claude Code loads a plugin's hooks, it checks whether another plugin with the same name has already loaded. Hooks are scripts that run at set points while Claude Code works. This check now compares several names for each plugin instead of only the main one.
If any name matches, the second plugin is skipped. The message says another plugin of that name loads first, either a managed one or one from an earlier source.
Why
The rules for which plugin wins are stricter now. A plugin you expected to load could be skipped because one of its other names matches a plugin that loads before it.
