What
Telemetry is the usage data Claude Code sends back to Anthropic. The tengu_home_seed_recovery event, recorded when the setup of a fresh home directory recovers, now includes an extra field, after_announced_run.
Why
This is only extra telemetry, and nothing changes in how Claude Code behaves for you.
