What
The current_time tool was added to a set of tools that Claude Code handles separately when it routes tool calls from connectors. A tool call is a single action Claude takes, such as reading a file or asking a tool for the time. Connector routing, which used to rely on one on/off check, is now split into two cases: one for claude.ai connectors and one for widgets.
