What
Claude Code can now read your computer's name:
- On macOS it runs
/usr/sbin/scutil --get ComputerName.
- On Windows it uses
COMPUTERNAME.
- Elsewhere it uses the machine's hostname.

This is probably for labelling your device in remote sessions.
