Compaction shrinks earlier conversation to free room. Using compactBeforeNextTurn while context_management contains a compaction edit now raises an error saying it can't be used while context_management has a compaction edit.

Why

If you build on the SDK, you get a clear error instead of two compaction settings clashing.
