When you remove a computer in claude.ai, Claude Code shows a message about the cloud sessions started from it. It now reads: "cloud sessions started here can no longer use this computer." Cloud sessions are Claude Code sessions that run on Anthropic's servers.
The old message said those sessions could no longer run commands on this computer or sync their changes back to it. That wording is gone. The message "File sync is on for this session" has also been removed.
Why
The new message no longer mentions syncing changes back, and the file sync notice is gone. So do not rely on changes from a cloud session being copied back to this computer.
