Model catalog: claude-sonnet-5 entry, effort badge now 'Recommended'

The model catalog, the list behind the model and effort pickers, moved from version 1123 to 1330. Effort is how much reasoning Claude does before answering, and thinking is its visible reasoning step.
The badge on the medium and high effort options now reads "Recommended" instead of "Default". The "How does this work?" label was also reworded.
One model with effort levels from low to max now defaults to medium instead of high.
One model no longer offers an "Off" choice for thinking and is marked always_on. It also gains voice_modelclaude-sonnet-5.
The Opus 5.5 description is now "For complex work and everyday tasks" instead of "Most capable for ambitious work".
Why
If you leave effort alone, one model now reasons at medium effort by default, and for another you can no longer turn thinking off. The picker's "Recommended" badge is a suggestion rather than a marker of the current default.
