When Claude Code gathers the items waiting in its queue, it keeps only one background hint of each kind. Before, a single check removed every background hint after the first. Hints marked keyOnly are now counted separately from the others.
Why
Both kinds of background hint can now show up in the same run instead of one hiding the other.
