What
When Claude fetches a web page it has already fetched, Claude Code can add a note saying the page was already fetched and pointing Claude to the earlier result. That note is now left out when the earlier result has been cleared on the server side. Before, it was only left out when there was nothing cached or the earlier result was gone.
Why
Claude is no longer sent to look for a page result that has already been removed from the conversation.
