What
When you resume an earlier conversation, Claude Code loads its transcript (the saved record of the conversation). While loading it now also:
- deletes turn-position values on your messages that are not valid.
- removes the producer detail from the origin information of task notifications.
Why
Resuming is less likely to go wrong on a transcript written by a different build of Claude Code.
