What
Claude Code shows notices when you hit a rate limit (a cap on how much you can use in a period) and offers you something, and when low-priority mode is active or on offer. The parts of Claude Code that decide these notices no longer post the notifications themselves. They now hand back what they found: whether there is an offer, whether it has been spent, whether a claim is still unsettled, and whether low-priority mode is active or offered. Another part of Claude Code then shows it.
The notice saying an offer has been spent also no longer checks a condition it used to check before appearing.
