New "Yes, but ask again next time" answer for reads outside your folders

What

In auto mode, when Claude first tries to read a file outside your working directories, Claude Code stops and asks you. That prompt, "Allow this read outside the working directories?", now has a fourth answer:

• allow_once, labelled "Yes, but ask again next time". It allows this one read only, and the next outside read asks again.
• It can come with an optional feedback box.
• Choosing it sets askAgainOutsideReads, so Claude Code skips the step that would otherwise remember a plain "Yes" ("Yes, and keep allowing any reads outside the working directories").
• It appears in the prompt on your screen as allow-outside-read-once and among the answers available to remote connections.
• The prompt still opens when auto mode reaches its first outside read (outside_read_first_prompt).

The other answers and the explanation text were also reworded. Before, there were three answers, and the only "yes" kept allowing all later outside reads.

Why

You can now let Claude read one file outside your project without giving it permission to read anywhere outside for the rest of the session.
