New status text when Anthropic switches a cloud-session feature off

Cloud-session status can now say a feature is switched off by Anthropic and rechecked on every message, and gains a device_unbound reason

What

Cloud sessions (sessions that run on Anthropic's machines rather than your own) show status text for settings and plugins. Two things are added:

  • a status line reading "switched off by Anthropic for now; each message checks whether it is back on", next to the existing "turned off by Anthropic for now (emergency switch)"
  • a new reason, device_unbound, alongside the existing reasons flag_off, consent_off and not_served
Why

When a feature has been switched off remotely, the text can now tell you that Claude Code checks again with each message, so you know it may come back without you doing anything.
