In fullscreen mode, Claude Code now remembers where your mouse pointer is. When the screen scrolls or its layout shifts, it works out again what is under the pointer, up to four times in a row, so the hover highlight moves to whatever is there now. Before, the highlight only updated when you moved the mouse.
Why
This stops an item from staying highlighted after it has scrolled out from under the pointer.
