Claude Code sometimes shows a tip reading "Double-tap esc to rewind the conversation to a previous point in time". That tip now has an extra condition before it appears, so it is hidden in some situations where it used to show.

This is a small change to when the tip appears. The situations it now skips are probably ones where rewinding does not apply.
