What
When you publish an artifact, Claude Code fetches a list of what artifacts can do. It now keeps that list for the current session and saves it to your config file as cachedArtifactRoster. This is skipped when CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE is set. If saving fails, Claude Code logs a message and fetches the list again at the next start.
Why
The list does not have to be fetched again every time Claude Code starts.
