In vim mode, after you insert text, Claude Code works out where the cursor should end up. That calculation now accounts for combining marks, characters such as accents that attach to the letter before them, and for a trailing newline, so neither shifts the cursor to the wrong spot.
Why
This should stop the cursor jumping after inserts in scripts that use combining marks.
