What
Skills synced from your account now always show under the anthropic-skills: prefix, for example anthropic-skills:<name>, unless the name already starts with it. A synced skill that has its own separate name override keeps that name. Before, the name was usually left as it was.
When local or plugin skills fail to load, the debug log now says synced skills answer only to anthropic-skills:<name> for that session, because their bare names cannot be checked for clashes.
Why
The slash-command names you see and type for synced skills may be different, so check for the prefix if a skill seems to be missing.
