When later work cannot be restored because its uploads were not stored, the explanation now says the later uploads "did not reach the session's storage, or not in a form a restore can use". It used to say the later work "was not stored as restorable uploads".

The new wording separates two cases: uploads that never reached storage, and uploads that arrived in a form a restore cannot use.
