More memory notes can be written without asking, and Windows path checks are wider

Two checks that decide when Claude may write a file without asking you have changed:

• Memory files: Claude keeps notes as Markdown (.md) files. Before, only automatic memory files could be written without a permission prompt. Now a second kind of memory location is allowed as well.
• Windows paths: the check for suspicious Windows path patterns now also tests selected parts of a path against an extra list when the older checks find nothing. A match still shows "contains a suspicious Windows path pattern that requires manual approval".
