What
Claude Code records notifications as it runs. One of them marks that an MCP server's request for input has been completed. MCP servers are external add-ons that give Claude Code extra tools, and they can ask you to fill something in. If saving any such notification fails, Claude Code now catches the error. Before, the failure was left unhandled.
Why
This is a small robustness fix, so a notification that cannot be saved does not surface as a stray error.
