What
The cloud runner is the process that hosts a cloud session. It now gives the end-of-session hook a governed git environment. When the session ends, it deletes that session's trust bundle and includes the bundle in the --remove-session-state cleanup. If the bundle cannot be removed, a message is logged.
Why
This only affects cloud and runner environments, not Claude Code on your own machine.
