When Claude Code resumes a forked skill (a skill that was running in its own separate context), it now looks the skill up only by its exact name. It no longer goes through synced skills or their account and Anthropic name prefixes to find it.
Why
In practice, a forked skill that could only be found through a synced name may now fail to resume.
