Two new consent dialogs are built into Claude Code. The first is a re-consent dialog for device MCP tools. MCP is the protocol Claude Code uses to connect to outside tools, and this dialog is shown the items that are being held back. The second is a consent dialog for unattended serving. A related handler currently always answers "keep".
Why
Both dialogs ask for your consent, so they are points where Claude Code will stop and ask you before continuing.
