When Claude Code starts its device bridge, it now always waits for a signal that it is ready to serve before carrying on. Before, it waited only if something had already supplied that signal. Now it creates one when none is given.

Startup of the device bridge may now take a moment longer, in exchange for not running ahead before it is ready.
