What
Before a deep cloud review starts with /code-review ultra, a dialog asks you to confirm. Selections that arrive during a refusal window are now ignored and noted, instead of being acted on at once. When reviewing a branch, the dialog also shows an extra line describing what the review will cover.
Why
It lowers the chance of starting a costly cloud review by accident.
