What
Two pickers now use a different list component:
the list of memory files loaded in a cloud session, meaning the instruction files Claude reads at the start
the list of matchers for hooks, which are commands you set up to run when something happens
In the memory-file picker, each file's type and token count, a measure of how much text it holds, now appear as separate items instead of one combined description.
Why
This is a small layout change to how those two lists look and are chosen from.
