Sorted artifact data queries warn when more results may exist

When Claude reads an artifact's stored data with a query sorted by query.order_by, and the results fill the query's limit, the result now carries a note. The note says more documents may exist and suggests one of these:

• raise query.limit
• drop query.order_by and read page by page with query.cursor
• narrow the query with query.where
