What
Claude Code has a filter that removes certain messages from a conversation. It already dropped memory context attached from a laptop in cowork sessions. It now also removes system messages that are marked persist: false, meaning they are not meant to be kept.
Why
Short-lived system notices no longer carry over into whatever this filter prepares, which may be a hand-off of the session or a saved transcript.
