The handling of 'allow' rules for editing files that last only for the current session has changed. Such a rule that names a path pattern is now removed unless the path is a skills/<name>/** folder inside your user or project .claude directory. A skill is a packaged set of instructions Claude Code can use. A recorder for write approvals is also present, but it is switched off in the code.
