Claude Code now registers a confirmation dialog, a pop-up asking you to approve an action, for editing account-level memory. Memory here means notes Claude Code keeps and reuses across conversations. The dialog is only added once the code behind it has been loaded, and the reference to that code starts out empty.
Why
This points to a confirmation step before account memory is edited. There is no sign yet of anyone being able to see it.
