An MCP server (an outside tool connected to Claude) can pop up a form asking for your input. The form now notes when the Accept button gets focus, whether you move there with the arrow keys or by switching from Decline. If Enter is pressed on Accept too soon after that, the keypress is ignored and the wait starts over. When the form has no fields, the wait starts from the moment the form opens.
Before, Enter on Accept with a valid form submitted it straight away.
Why
If the form appears while you are still typing, a key you meant for the prompt can no longer land on Accept and agree to something by accident.
