What
When directory sync holds a turn for over a minute, Claude is now always told the turn is waiting on the file sync service. The separate message saying it was waiting for your machine to finish uploading its changes is gone. As before, the turn starts when the wait ends and you can interrupt it.
The wait for the first upload of your files can now also end with an "unsent" outcome.
Why
This changes what Claude is told, and may pass on to you, about why a turn in a cloud session has not started yet.
