In cloud sessions, a repository settings file that sets something git would have to obey produces an error. Its wording is now clearer: remove the setting, or move it to your user settings if you set it, then start a new cloud session. When the setting has already been moved, the message now explains that the value still applies even though the file no longer sets it.
