Bash tool deletes foreground command output files after each call

What

The Bash tool, which runs shell commands for Claude, now cleans up after each call.

• Each call holds a cleanup handle from the task registry and tracks the command's result, so cleanup runs when the call ends.
• For foreground commands (ones not running as a background task) that wrote their output to a file, that file is deleted afterwards unless a registered task still owns it.
• If deleting fails for any reason other than the file already being gone, the failure is logged.

Why

Output files from ordinary commands no longer pile up on disk, while background tasks keep theirs. The Bash tool description is unchanged.
