Claude Code's telemetry (the usage and performance information it records) gains a value, isMainResponseStreaming. It is true while the most recent measurement for the main request to the model has no output token count yet, meaning the reply is still arriving.
Why
This gives Claude Code a way to tell whether the main reply is still coming in.
