What
The component that shows a list of slash commands (commands you type starting with /) no longer draws a title above the list, and no longer shows a message when the list is empty. It now shows only the compact list of choices.
Why
Wherever this list appears, it takes less space. An empty list now shows nothing at all instead of an explanation.
