This finding covers two small internal changes:
A new component wraps a settings dialog that asks you to accept or reject, using reveal: "default".
Resetting a store now stops and clears any per-file prefetches that are still running (byFileUuid, recentPrefetchStarts). A prefetch is data loaded ahead of time.

In practice, a reset no longer leaves earlier background file loads running.
