When you resume a session with --resume:
- Passing a path to a transcript file now records that path as a
resumeSource - Passing a session ID now records the source as "store"
- Fleet view opened through
--resumenow receivesdispatchExtraArgsbuilt from the session's additional working directories
A thinkingDisplayFlag setting is also now passed into the remote session configuration.
Why
Folders a session had added beyond its main one can now be carried into sessions started from fleet view after a resume.

To resume a deferred session in plan mode, pass [`--permission-prompt-tool`](/docs/en/cli-reference#cli-flags) along with `--resume` so that Claude Code can present the plan for approval. If you pass certain other launch flags, the resumed…hooks see the edit
